You said that it's a WLAN in your town? I assume you mean a few computers, connected wirelessly, in different buildings. That's really just getting a router, plus a wireless access point, hooking up wireless cards to the workstations, maybe getting Cantennas for the remote computers, and configuring them all to work in the same workgroup/domain. That's really it.

net working is an unique. you will know that network can operate other computer. but you must connect with a cable.

if you want to learn networking you must have a tool to make a network in your home. then try make to connecty two computer in your home
