frankly plz...do u brush ur teeth twice everyday?

brushing must be done twice everyday! its not a health tip. its mandatory for strong white teeth.
we dont find guyz who take pain in brushing every night before sleep.we always do only once. but if we do it twice....we never get any toothache and problems like gum-damage and enamel-loss. our teeth remain stronger and whitier. so, i request around here to brush twice everyday and keep ur teeth healthy. if u haven't started brushing twice....please start now!

I brush my teeth before I go out for the day and also at night before bed.
It is a good habit to get into.
Even though I have many gold crowns, the dentist said it is very important to brush to keep your gums healthy. It is not just for the teeth.
