Do youn think teenagers should have a mandated curfew from the city/county?

Here in Tampa they do on weekends because they start a lot of fights and other problems in Ybor City. What about in your town?

It might help, but I think parents should be the one inforcing the issue.

In Singapore, we have a sort-of curfew that starts at 11pm. Some policemen will go around and talk to suspicious looking gatherings. If need be they will ask to talk to the teenagers' parents. But the whole thing is not very strictly enforced...so the whole outrage that was incurred in us teens when it first started quickly quietened down.
