As the number of children going online grows, so does Internet abuse targeting them. Increasingly, studies say parents are concerned about their children visiting Web sites with inappropriate content or "chatting" with strangers. However, the Center for Missing and Exploited Children estimates only one-third of households with Internet access use filtering or blocking software.
