Hey! come on tell me whether your are using proxy or not? If you are then you need to change the setting and make it to proxy. Check the settings. Do have static IP? If so change your yahoo with the same. I hope these questions will lead you to your answer. And don't forget to see the port as with the proxy..

sorry for the late response! i already solved my problem! i don't need to have a proxy coz i already changed my IP address... it's as simple as unplugging/plugging my cable on my modem! because My ISP is using a dynamic IP and not a static one! thanks for all the response!

IP address a address provided to you or alloted when you starts your internet it is done by your ISP(Internet service provider) if you are having Static IP it will not change i.e. remains constant for dynamic IP it gets changed when every time you starts your internet. I think your ip address has been blocked by Yahoo ....So you are not able to login to your account or Your mail id has been expired.....

The IP address can exist in 2 forms, either the IP address of your computer on a Local Area network or the IP address used on the internet. You can change the internal IP address for your local network, but this will have no effect on internet access because it will still use the IP address assigned by your ISP. If you have a static IP address then it will always remain the same, although if your ISP allocates a dynamic IP address then disconnecting and reconnecting will change the IP address assigned to you. You could try using a proxy site to reroute the connection and hide your current IP address, although I doubt if this is really the reason that you are having problems with Yahoo Messenger.
