How do we mend a broken heart?

People may say no one ever died of a broken heart, but when you're suffering from one, it sure doesn't feel that way. How will you navigate the painfully troubled waters of a relationship that has ended?

You will survive this. We all have experienced with broken hearts. Hearts are like rubber balls you buy in a grocery store for a quarter. They always keep on going. Carry on. You will soon pass this mourning phase then move on.
