newbie alert..can you help a newbie please..

There is a newbie on my friend's list..I have too many friends so can't respond to all of his discussions, I am already behind. If he doesn't get any responses on his discussions, he won't get paid for them I have sent him a pm about how to work on Mylot because he is suffering from the Newbie desease lol of posting loads of discussions with the hope of getting responses but not replying to many . It';s not his fault as wehave all suffered from the newbie bug. I still have loads of friends who befriend me on Mylot and never answer my discussions, I don't mind so much because I already have many loyal friends on Mylot..but I don't like to see many 0 responses and my friends not get poaid, even if they don't respond to mine lol. Please can you go to this guy's discussions, they are very interesting, but I have too many other's to respoond to , I have done some of his for today.. Thanks my Mylot friends..
