do you phobia to speak publicly....???

Yes! And I'd like to overcome it someday since my future job may involve public speaking. My phobia has been able to develop because all the schools I ever went to never had us have oral presentations regularly, it's very upsetting and one of the many weaknesses of the school system where I live.
