Is that fair to earn money from others work or income?

I wonder why people always intend to ear money through chain networking . That means they like to earn money without doing any much work but like to gain money from others work .Is that fair enough to earn money like that.

Yes i dont think its unfair unless you dont ever participate in the earning. Its just like starting a marketing campaign for your selling product where you put all your hardwork in the beginning and then start a company or group you trust and then you make money by their marketing .Its just a mode of business where you still show your work as an involvement.So its very fair to me.

Thanks for your response. i have been holding myself back in internet networking as i found it unfair to earn money out of nothing. But i found a different angle of approach from you and i have to rethink about my strategy.
