Have you ever been in a newspaper?

My brother & I were in a Halloween pix as small children - I had a pointie "witchs" hat on & we were looking down into a jack-o'lantern. My dad had a friend who was a newspaper reporter at the time. She/he also got our cat in the newspaper because they were doing a thing about 13s & a 13th thing being submitted on Friday the 13th & they thought it'd be clever to have a black cat & the only black cat they could think of was ours.

I've been in a few newspapers over the years, all small ones though. There was one rather major story about me in a newspaper, over a bit of violence at a shelter I was staying at, in a situation I kind of wound up in the middle of. My name wasn't put in it, because of my age. Other things I've been in the paper for: interviews about my religious beliefs, GLBT rights activities, charity work, writing competitions I won as a child, all kinds of things like that. I suppose actually I tend to draw attention to myself, though I have no idea why.

I have been in a small newspaper. It was because of a work I did at school. It was nothing really big, just a small article.

I have been in a newspaper quite a few times already. The latest one was a full page about my wedding and honestly, it feels good to be featured on the newspaper. All the time that I was on the news, they have my name there as well.

I really haven't been in the paper, but my brother had an article written about him with a picture when he was 13 years old. He was in the paper for helping elderly neighbors clean up there basements after a huge flood.

I have been in the local papers quite a few times, in print and photos. I was doing PR for a school's activites and an environmental program so it was a regular thing. It has started up again to a degree again, especially since a friend has just bought the local paper and she is using a lot of people she knows to fill the pages. Every member of my family was in April's edition!
