does it work? bc i paid 1300 and im scared it is not going to work, who has had a bad or good experience?

my face they are going to shape my eyebrows mustache beard
when i was a kid i stared at my father shaving and i started doing it and i think thats what gave me the hairy sideburns and beard and mustache and bushy eyebrows i wanted to be like daddy

is that person who will make the laser treatment or the establshment itself does have a license?here in the philippines we make sure that the person will do the lasertreatment or the clinic is a licensed one
