supposed that you were an expert in a print company,and recently your company has printed math textbooks,but they made a mistake.The number 1 in the math textbooks were all printed into number 7.If you were an expert in this print company,how would you explain it to your investors and customers so that they will continue to buy your books and trust your company.What would you do? And if you were the CEO of the company,what would you do to let your investors and customers trust your company?
