Is it true that there are vitamins in dark chocolates?

I read from a newspaper that there are certain vitamins from dark chocolates which are helpful in a person which is dieting. Is this really true?

well I guess this is true because anything bitter I think is healthy and dark chocolates are bitter. I assume it has ingredients that are healthy too.

Yes. There is something called "flavanoids in dark chocolate that is good for you. But more is for sure not better.. Just a few ounces per day..........
