in todays fast life you really get less time to think about your fitness .if yoou have some good ideas please share with

what can keep you fit. drink lots of water, eat food that gives you the vitamins you need. take multivitamins, get lots of fresh air, do some exercise every week, ive got some exercise tips at my blog aswell if youre interested but thats what i suggest and maybe going to the gym and using a sauna or steam room once a week or every 2 weeks http://www.blogchex.com/urbancitycrew

I try to use the lunch time to exercise. I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.
I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers

I guess exercise and good diet habit can really help to be fit. Although we might be busy with our work, our studies, I think we really should exercise more often. Currently, my colleagues always have some sport events, such as badminton, basketball, tennis, table tennis, or if we are so unlucky that we can't get any courts, we'll go for jogging. Jogging is one of the exercises doens't require any bookings, and you can just go by yourself. To motivate yourself to exercise more, get some friends who want to exercise together. If I really can't go out and exercise, perhaps I will just do some simple work outs at home by myself. Even sit-ups itself helps.
Besides exercises, I think good diet habit is important too. This is what I'm trying to practise, though I am lazy and always find excuses. :p
