my YM is mess up...please help!

Hi there, i don't have any idea why my YM is messed up...when i log in, in a few minutes it logs me out...then log in...then log out by itself. When i talk with my hubby in ym...my ym suddenly hung up and then my hubby's ym also hungs up or vice versa...this is really weird for us...i don't know whats wrong with this...it hasn't been like this before. Do anyone of you guys know whats going on or what to do about it? The other applications on my computer are normal...just my YM.

Mine dose the same thing all the time i have been told it may be the firewall Or you isp isnt configured correctly for the im.Go into prefferences and look thru things to correct.

Where can i find the preferences you are talking about...i have checked the firewall, its ok...how did you correct yours? hope to hear from you soon. thanks.

I had that happen before..I think I restarted the computer, but I can't recall if it helped or not. You could give that a try. Sorry, I'm not able to give much more help than that; YM has been working great for quite a few months for me now.

I have dont that all the time but still the same...so now I rarely use my YM...it really sucks coz most of my friends are in my YM...i have been using YM for a long time and just now I have this problem...thanks for sharing.

maybe your got a problem on your own pc's or you have some virus or something.. or someone knows your account and log you in, try to change the password of your YM and log in yourself thru your email so that you can change some information regarding about your YM but. or maybe you added some firewall on your pc's try to reconfigure it.

i really dont know...its a new computer so i doubt it...i don't usually download anything in it...some people say that somebody is trying to boot me out when i am online...i guess somebody might be jealous or mad at me. thanks for sharing.
