Hello! I love dancing, but I have not danced for last 2-3 years. But I remember that when I used to dance regularly, I was really fit, health wise as well as beauty wise. Now also am not bad, but I believe there's something special in dancing which made me special.

Hi! I really love dancing, and I think it is true that dancing can help you get fit and healthy. Dancing itself is already a form of exercise that you can really enjoy. :) There are lots of forms of dancing such as street, modern, ballet, folk, belly dancing, etc. All are forms of exercise that could help you maintain your figure. :)

I think dance is a great way to excersise! Not onlly does it tone and strengthen your body and shape up your balance and posture, but it also makes you happy! Integrating excersise with music, and with the natural movements you do when you dance releases a lot of endorphines in your body - similar to when you eat chocolate or fall in love!
So, more dancing for everyone, I think it's a great way to make sure you live a happy, long and healthy life!

I have always enjoyed dancing too and dancing is a great way to keep fit. I think that any kind of dancing is great exercise. Move however you want for whatever benefits you want. Just like any other exercises you do, the part of your body that is getting the exercise is the part that will benefit, so dance however you like and just enjoy yourself.

Exactly, that's the way I have always done it. As long as your body is active, you are getting the benefit from whatever movements you are making. The more you enjoy doing them, the more likely you are to stick with it too, so if you do whatever you enjoy doing the most, and you will probably get the most out of it.
