I'd say my favorite are the Gala apples! They are so good. I also like Red Delicious apples! I don't mind granny smith, but they are pretty sour and not my favorite, but if they are the only ones around i'll eat them!

red fuji apple - Red Fuji apples are sweeter and crispier than many other apple varieties. They also have longer shelf life. A best seller in Japan.
My favorite is the Red Fuji apple from China. Unlike other apple variety, the crispiness of Fuji stays longer. They say that when refrigerated, this variety can even last for months. And they are also sweet and juicy. This kind of apple has replaced the popularity of Red Delicious apple in our country.

I enjoy Gala and Macintosh. Macs were once my favorite, but now I prefer the Gala. Granny Smith are good too.

I can never remember what apples are our faves. I always end up buying delicious, only to hear the oldest complain she hates delicious. LOL I don't really have a preference myself, other then I like them sweet and semi-crisp. I've had some that are just icky, dry and sort of grainy. I just assume that's my mistake for buying a cooking apple instead of an eating one but I can never remember which are which.

I don't like yellow apples too much usually the ones I end up with have a floury texture. I like green acid apples. And sometimes nice red sweet ones, but I love the acid ones.

I love fuji apples. They're sweet and refreshing especially when left in the freezer for about an hour. A healthy and refreshing snack. Hmmm... now I'm hungry.

The only apple I really care for is the golden delicious. Their tender and sweet. If I am making fruit salad I use gala and golden delicious. I have never cared for granny smith apples. I think those are to hard and tart for my taste.

I like Granny Smith's the best, i like the tartness. I do enjoy pretty much all other types of apples though and I will seldom pass one up when offered, if i'm hungry.

I havent seen yellow apples. I have seen green ones and red ones and even the ones who are so red and old they turn a bit violet. I just like the fresh red apples that are still crisp to the bite.

I love a nice american apple pie. I like to make mine from scratch with granny smith apple, which is the best. Granny Smith apples are tangy and very pungent, but I prefer to eat my apples just as they are
