I don't know what it is with Sundays but I am so lazy on that day.I don't even get dressed, just lounge in my bathrobe. I do know of some others that are like that and wanted to ask some mylotters if they are the same way.For some reason,I just cannot get myself together. I don't even cook,I just take something out of the freezer and nuke it. How about you people? Are you lazy on Sundays?

I used to be lazy on a Sunday, particularly when I was childless.
I can hardly ever be lazy on Sundays now. Years ago it was "Little Athletics". That required me to be up at 8am to be ready for time keeping at LA by 9am.
Now I sometimes have to get up fairly early to pick my daughter up fropm a friends place, or go visit my mother in-law or my brother.
I have to fit the ironing in.
I have to cook & clear up sdishes for 5 people.
Next Sunday I have to get up at 6.30 so I can get my daughter to a market by 7.30am, where her & her friends are selling jewellery.

Sundays are my laziest days of the week. I really do not feel like doing much at all on these days. I mainly do my laundry on this day. Right now I am watching the Phillies game while I am commenting. I did go for a walk at the park this afternoon and went to church this morning. Today was an exception but most sundays I like to sit around and relax. Sundays are usually my rest days and prepare for another work week day. :-)

A girl after my own heart, lol.Good thing no one tried to take any pics of us,lol. That would have been pretty scary.I remember the days of calgonor osem other bath salt or oils.I would throw me some calgon in the tub with some buble bath .Those were the days. Now i get in the tub,I would probably have to call the paramedics to get me out ,lol.

Even God rested on Sundays..., I think we owe it to ourselves to have some time of relaxation after a week long of hard work and 24 hours of fun during Saturdays. There are times that I would even skip meals during Sundays.

I always wondered if that "God Rested on the Seventh Day" had anthing to do with why some people are lazy on Sundays. Unconcsiously I mean. It seems that no matter how hard I try ,I cannot get myself together..I don't totally rest as I have to care for my father but he isn't TOTALLY an invalid yet so I still get some rest.
