East or West, Health is better... I mean who is not aware of that?

It would be nice to have both, but I definitely choose health. If you don't have good health, You can't enjoy the good wealth or anything else. So I say have the good health then you can enjoy the good wealth.

Health is wealth. Practical speaking you can't chose either of them. You can't be wealthy if you are not healthy. Meaning health itself is considered as your own asset. And you can't be healthy if you are not wealthy. Meaning you have to have money to be able to pay your medical bills.

Well i think both wealth and health are very important, but if i have to choose only one, i guess iwould choose wealth. My reason is simple. If you don't have a good wealth, then you will lose your health some time and you will not be able to regain it back without a good wealth to support your efforts. Don't you agree that there are many people in the world that are very sick but don't have a good wealth to help them to fix their medical problems ? I will tell you a similar issue: what is more important ?....luck or health. Good answer: Luck is more important because people on Titanic were in good health, but they were not lucky ! ... lool.

Health. With it you can live a long and happy life. You do not need money to be happy,just God and your family. Rich people die from diseases every day that their money couldnt cure.
