When you feel damn sleepy?

I usually feel sleepy only during classes...when it comes for boring lecturers... my eyes i cant stop from drooping...and i sleep at late night... and also i feel sleepy when i open books to read..
it happened lot many times... i dont need sleeping pills.. just books it makes me sleepy often..
