I have not used it, but the concept is interesting. It seems to be an electronic-only version of old-fashioned money transfer services (I can't believe people still use them...). At the same time, it's not the same thing though, because the funds do not have to be picked up by the recipient, which reduces overhead even further. Ikobo has no reason to charge such exorbitant fees for such little overhead, I'm not sure how successful their business plan is, but if I were them, I would drop the fees, and increase marketing efforts.

we have put ikobo as payment option on our site http://www.vikasintl.com because we have 3 years experience with them and they are good ..some people think they are fake but our exp. ..they are not.
they have another advantage you can save taxes ..think how..they send you debit card and you can withdraw from atm..no bank involved.

We have been using it since last 2-3 years.
They send you a debit card and you can withdraw from any atm machine nearer.
customer service is also good.
However they do charge monthly fees..if you have a positive balance in your account so check their fees section.
I would prefer ikobo because bank account is not involved so no need to keep records for account and you can save on taxes.
