Hey, I was thinking of making my own website so I am wondering what would be the best way to go about doing that. Is there a difference between a blog and a website or is it basically the same thing. Which would be the best site to go through. any idea's are appreciated and welcomed. Thank you

A blog and a website are totally different. A blog is something more like a diary you can put anything in it. For you to have a blog you must have like a website. Now to create a website there are also several factors to consider. What kind of a website are you planning to create? Do you want your own domain name(meaning like www.amydawn11.com)? The price or cost of creating the website and a whole lot more. If you just want a personal website you can just go thru sites like what they suggested geocities and start building your own once you have that it can also serve as your blog. Its really a matter of how are you planning to use the blog or website.
