yep i do agree with you that traffic is increasing day by day...but the reason behind this these days people finding easy money due to cropping up of big MNC companies ...so easily people can afford to buy cars ,2 wheelers as they wish..I dont think there can be any solution for this but government can suggest like family can have upto one 4 wheeler and a 2 wheeler...(which i guess it is impossible to impose as an action);)...just a thought:)

actually, government can impose laws to this effect. that is, limiting the amount of cars a family can own. after all, if there are too many cars for the road to accommodate, these cars will become useless. they can also impose other rules which make a lot of sense. like no one can own a car if he has no parking area for it.

all that government will do is to restrict the purchase of cars for families and individuals. the government will decide as to how many private cars can be accommodated in the streets. then they will require those who want to buy cars to apply for a qualification. only those who will meet all requirements will be allowed to buy cars for private use.
