Books That Should Be Movies

What book have you read in your life that you just could not get (or even could understand and just adored all or most aspects of the story) and wish could be turned into a movie so that it can either enhance your understanding of the story's concept or help you to understand the story?

hmm, i would like to have dan brown's novel entitled "angels and demons" to be made into a movie. :) just like da vinci code, i find its plot very interesting. :)

Angels and Demons? The title sounds captivating...what was the book's overall theme? What'd you like about it?

Most of the books that I would like to be movies actually are so thats a hard question. :) I'm especially glad that The Time-Travelers Wife is becoming a movie because that will be very interesting. Also Angels and Demons I'm sure will be a great movie. There are also some Stephen King books that I would like to see as movies such as the Tommyknockers although they could be movies and I just haven't heard of them though. :)

I think the Tommyknockers did once come out as a movie, but don't quote me on that.
