Would you sell your soul?

Out of boredom, I did a Google search for "sell your soul" and found a site that supposedly buys them!*laugh out loud*
http://www.wewantyoursoul.com/
For those of you out there who actually believe that a soul can be sold, have you ever contemplated having a Faustian Pact drafted? I know it's a crazy question, so I'm entertaining crazy answers.

How do you put a price on something when there's no emperical evidence that it even exists? Sadly, the application to get a free quotation doesn't seem to be working. I was really curious as to how much my soul is worth.
Knowing me as well as I do, I'm not sure that mine would be worth much anyways, should it exist. I'd be willing to give you a really good price on it though, if you really wanted it! ;)
Come to think about it...most people seem to think that souls would be worth a lot of money. Why is that? It's not like they're rare or anything. Everyone's supposed to have one. Why would one be worth any more than any other unless it was some sort of collectable (Mother Teresa's or the Pope's, for example)? I bet people would be surprised at how very little their souls are actually worth...
DEBIL: "Mr. Johnson...I see that you are a good person. You pay your taxes, don't cheat on your wife or beat your kids. You are actively involved in charities at your church and you treat everyone you meet with dignity and respect. In fact, try though we may, we cannot find one person to say a bad word about you."
MR. JOHNSON: (grinning) "So, how much?"
DEBIL: "I'd say about tree fiddy."
(again, bonus Nebby points for identifying that reference =D )
By the way...someone DID try to sell their soul on eBay, but eventually eBay decided to take the auction down and disallow any in the future for the same reason I mentioned above...how can you sell something you cannot even prove exists?

Very interesting point, Neb. Perhaps it's that inflated sense of self-importance that I was talking about in another post that's to blame for attributing a high price tag to any ol' soul. If there are, indeed, over six billion of them, they're surely not in short supply.
Now, on to your quote. I'm kicking myself, because I should know this. Give me time . . . I'm still wracking my brain. My first guess was Devil's Advocate, but I don't think that's right.

Far more than six billion! Unless you go in for the "recycled souls theory", every person who has ever lived has had a soul. That's a pretty big buyers market right there! lol
I'll give you a hint...the entire thing wasn't a reference - just the last line. ;)

The "tree-fiddy" line? *laugh out loud* It was the beginning that threw me way off track. Was that from Chef (rest in piece) of South Park?

I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to write a little rhyme in response to this...
My soul is not an article
To be sold upon the web,
To anyone who's lost theirs,
Some rich person, or deb.
When I leave, toes pointing up
I want to be complete,
Without my soul I'm nobody,
A boring lump of meat.
So hands off, you're not getting
My eternally treasured soul,
Go bother some poor other folk
And leave me as a whole.
Whatever next, you'll here me cry,
A bargain on EBay?
Take your money elsewhere,
I've had enough today!
Not for sale, not for sale,
My body's old and furled,
But my soul will become fresh again
To walk the Otherworld.

I hope you like it! lol. Brightest Blessings.

Now that is awesome! I love it! It's that sort of reply that I really appreciate. Did I mention that I'm a fan of poetry? :)

How does this "selling your soul" thing work, is the price high? I really need money badly,as long as I think the price is OK I will sell my soul and go to Amrican to study and get a master degree there. not that I'm a terrible person who just love money,I just don't think it exists so as long as the buyers think it exists they can buy it and they cant do anything with it. lol
