how often do you say i love you to your boyfriend/girlfriend,husbands and wifes?

Life is uncertain that we dont even know what would it be later. It is more likely to express our love to a loop of people overwhelming us. Saying "i love you" is one good thing to express our feelings. In my part, i always say and express it all the way. Coz i dont want to have regrets later on and what if that "later" put me on the taxi for heaven?
