boss and employee

when boss is indifferent to you,no matter how hard work you did ,whatever achievement you made ,in this case,i feel fully unhappy in the department to work together,but i really don't know where to find another jobs.

Difficult people are difficult. The problem is your relationship with your boss. Try to know your boss a little and you will know why he acts that way.

you know,i'm just a grass-root staff,basically,i have few chance to communicate with him,he seems to be a person who can;t be reached no matter how you do your best ,let alone i,m just a practicer
