How can I change my image?

Since I registered in this myLot, my image has been the picture above my user name.I see many people use their own photos as an image.I want to change for my own photo,too.I have tried several times but failed. Who can tell me how? Thanks!

I see now you already know how to change your avatar on Mylot.I think I remember seeing your old Mylot avatar and I liked it more than the current Avatar.Yes, perhaps personal pictures help people relate better to your discussions and you get more friends and more responses to your discussions.So,switching to a personal image might be a good option to consider.

I like your avatar, but why does it show on the discussions but not in your profile? I just see the green person on your profile? I find that quite strange because in your profile your avatar should be where that green person is. I am very confused lol, but then I was never very technically bright, I belong to the age of ancient history my friend. It is very beautiful, what is it about and why did you choose it?

I am a newbie. I tried to use my own photo but I find it is too large and so I have to use photshop to make it smaller but I am not satisfied with my work yet. Then I temporarily chose this one. I look it as a bridge connecting two beautiful worlds. I imagine it suggests communication between friends.
