They call me a man, but I'll never have a wife. I was given a body, but not given life. They made me a mouth, but didn't give me breath. Water gives me life and sun brings me death. What am I? PS. I'll denote the best response for those who first got the right answer.

I believe I know the answer: A snowman. I also believe "river" could be right as well, sometimes they say "old man river", it can have a mouth (the opening of the river), and it can be afraid of the sun because th water could evaporate :) Pablo

You're right with that snowman. Yeah river is somewhat a little correct but I need the specific one. and you got it right. Snowman is the answer. You got my best response.

very good, Pablo! Snowman did not even occur to me. Lol. snowman makes good sense with the sun melting it away...but water also melts snow and snow melts into water. I think it is a toss up - lol. but you win for the correct answer.
