hi friend , this recipe is taught to me by my hubby's friend when i served him a veg; Stuffed Bell Peppers; and he said that he ate the same dish but in a non-veg style.
so here's the recipe.
6-8 green bell peppers
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2/3 cup uncooked white rice
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups water
Cut and remove the tops of your green pepper. deseed after removing the tps and set aside. In a medium bowl , combine ground beef , rice tomatoes, parsely , salt and pepper. Stuff green peppers about 3/4 full of meat mixture and replace tops.
Place stuffed peppers in large stockpot standing up. Add water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-45 min. until rice is done.
