how to deal with emotions?

Simple, I face the fact, the problems, the feelings, seeing that we all experienced different emotions everyday. And for me If I feel anger I quickly count to ten to ease my anger I'm just convince my self not to be mad at all coz it may cause some wrinkles to my face and I don't want to have it.I will just think of the positive side and get busy of what I'm doing like responding to Mylot gives me more time to get busy and relax then I forgot what my anger is.

Emotions are feelings which you do not understand and sometimes very difficult to control, when i'm feeling blue, i just lie down and have sober reflection and do a thorough mind searching, sometimes, i let the tears roll & sometimes i just take a walk and as for being angry, i hate to be angry and for me, the best way to control my anger is getting away from the source or scene of anger.

A man is a emotional being, and he can not hide his emotions. It is with our emotions we are called humans, There are so many emotions we feel in our daily life, according to the time, when in worried times we are completely irritated, but if we are patient then we can control our emotions. Patience can control our emotions to some extent.

well emotions are part of our day to day life right from early in morning we come accross various kinds of persons with diffrent diffrent relationships according to work, job, time , situation , moods we have diffrent kinds of emotion and gestures genraly who shed out tears is considered as very emotional i too comes ion thius category of people i can't see any one weeping.
as per as anger is concern no one like angry man i one really want to deal with this kind of problem he can request every one around his who is really suffering from ur angry nature to say just smile smile and smile u will also start smiling.
