why are coffee shops such a big hit? i mean honestly, i wasn't much of a coffee drinker until one star bucks opened near our area.. what does one feel upon sipping into his/her coffee of choice? is coffee drinking a personal preference? or is this just because society dictates us?

For the past decade, never a day passed did I not drink one or two cups of coffee. I have a headache for many many years, and by accident, I found coffee could reduce my heacache, then I started to drink coffee every morning first thing I get up. Now I rely a lot on coffee, so much so that I can not live without coffee. If I forgot to take a cup of coffee right after I got up, several hours later, my head would start to ache and it's too late even I took it then. So wherever I go, I can go without my hubby, but can't go without coffee :)

I drink coffee because it tastes good. I don't get a buzz from caffeine at all, and I can drink coffee in the middle of the night and still go to sleep if I am tired. It doesn't affect me at all. I love the taste of coffee.

There are so many of us sleep deprived, almost like walking zombies. That's probably why coffee and energy drinks are so popular now.
