Brand,Price or Advertisement?

When you are buying something ,which one is the chief reason you consider? For me,brand isn't very important,I always regard the quality/price as the first reason I select. If it's not worth,I won't buy it even it's very famous . Advertisement doesn't do much on me,except my friend tell me it really good.
