when do you become sentimental?

hi friend,i always get sentimental easily before,such as when i was watching TV,when i saw some moved spots,i could not help weeping.but now,i changed a lot,and i am intellected much more.

I get rather too easily emotional when I hear a sad song and can easily end up in tears when I hear a really lovely sad song or watch something sad on TV, even news of people being killed around the world in wars or by crazed gunmen has me in tears. I cried so much last week when that student killed 30 others last week. I get very emotional at weddings - they're so beautiful and I feel so happy I end up crying!!! Even when I watch weddings on TV, even when they're in a soap and I know it's all acting LOL! I don't know what to do about it, my husband says I'm too weepy but that's just me! I wasn't like this in my 20s, only in the last few years since my mid 30s have I been this way. It's quite annoying really and I wish I wasn't so overly sentimental. Any cures suggested would be much appreciated?!

I become sentimental whenever I watch a sad movie. Movies make me cry, especially when tragic things happen. Also when I am alone and not doing anything. I think of all the sad memories that I have. Reading this post also makes me kinda sentimental. My situation right now makes me feel helpless.
