Black Roses

Yesterday my gardener said that he'll bring black rose plant next week when he comes. But I have never seen a black rose before. So I was just wondering how it looks. Have you seen black roses?

I've never seen green and black roses.... how strange, and exciting at the same time.... I am very curious, is it possible to see them? Post them in your profile if you can, I like flowers.

I also think that all flowers and roses looks good in the garden. I think it is good to have lots of flowers in the house.

I think I have seen an almost black rose. It was very dark red. Hmm..I wonder if you can see them in the dark??:o)

Black Rose ? sounds like black sheep. I have seen the Green roses at my friends house terrace. It is rare and many channels have telecasted my friends green roses.

i've never seen a true black rose-though some so dark red,they appear black..but if there is a true one,i would plant my yard full of them!:)

The black roses they sell here are really an off colored darker blue. They are not perfectly black.

Scientists have come out with a lab-experimented process for growing BLUE ROSES and in near future one will be happy to see blue roses. I have not heard of black roses.

In my house, varieties of roses in it . I have pink, red, green & white colored roses . But I never see the black rose .

So far, I've never seen a black rose nor black plant...But this could be made possible!Genetic engineering will do. The gene color from a particular organism could be inserted to rose to produce the so called "black rose"
