An Inspiration to write

I once read something that goes like this: "The authors of the books were inspired by God" Now, my question is: How would we liken this "inspiration" to a more applicable situation that most of us are aware of?

The authors of these books are said to be inspired by God because what they write they saw in dreams like Daniel,or in vision like John. The incredible thing is this, both writings are similar although hundred of years are their distance. You see its amazing,it only shows that they are inspired by God.

Behind every great epic/book, there is a influence of god. behind Bible, teachings of christ, Bhagavadgeetha is the Teachings of Lord Krishna to Arjuna, Mahabharatha was written by Valmiki, who was illeterate. It is the grace of Godess of education.

I do not understand your question. Please rewrite it so I can understand what you want to know.

I just want to ask how modern man would relate the inspiration of the early writers to events or situations today or in the not-so-distant past... as an attempt to explain that these people are no different from the authors whom we have at present... Where did these authors of the ancient civilizations get their ideas; why were they able to write the books of the Bible? Were the words dictated by God? ... these are just some of the things that I want to be clarified. And I do believe that we don't have to be Bible or Religion experts to be able to give our thoughts. Anybody?
