at what topic or thing do u get angry why?what do u do when u get angry?
when i get angry so i sleep or mess up & damage things.
does there any tips to cool down.

it's what people do that makes me angry the most. like bossing me around or reminding me about very simple things that only a dumb dumb can forget. first of all i don't let anybody boss me and for sure i am no dummy so it makes me mad. what i do is confront them or when my temper is really at the peak i just go straight to my pillow and cry my anger out. i don't talk to people when i am so mad because i know that i would only say things that could hurt them and that i would regret so to avoid that i just go straight to bed and then i would fall asleep and when i wake up i would feel better and lighter.
