what if we come to know about every ones earnings on mylot??

Hello,aissha,may be it is a good idea to have a list showing the earnings of all the members,or at least a list of top 500 earners, just like the top referrer list. But may be at that time, some high earning memebers will be very busy as so many members will ask them for the tips on how to earn more.

Well, I have no problems with that. transperancy is a good means to improvise healthy competition. It might even provoke people to not only start good discussions but also respond even better to other peoples discussion. They will also come to know who is working hard, who is active in mylot and who is just passing time. This way more good friends can be found. But the other side scenario should also not be forgotten. People might not want to disclose there earnings as other people might feel jealous or might have inferiority complex. I think if all people agree, then display of earning is not a bad idea after all.

Most people aren't here to compete with anybody. They're here for discussion, information, and to make some extra money. A lot of them consider it very rude when someone asks how much money they make here. It's nobody else's business. And some of the people who post the most discussions have the lowest scores (and probably the lowest earnings) because they cut and paste other people's writing. Competition and lots of posts have nothing to do with quality.

i think it should not happen if it happen if anyone earning more then if any one who see that he or she is earning more that will make him or her think devil i mean the crime can take place so it should not happen u can understand naa what i want to say

On first thought I agreed with your concept of getting motivated when we can find that somebody is earning a good amount and can work hard to get to earning like him/her. But on giving it a single thought, I think there will be lot of quarrels also. Then there will be something in our mind always that this and that guy/girl is earning after giving only this much responses or discussions , why are we not earning this much ?? There are lot of contradictions in mylot and they are never sure themselves that what they are paying for and what not.

I guess irrespective of the competition there will be some negative effects also. Why do we really want to know about others earnings if we can post good discussions i guess that is not the right way. As you said every one will try to be more active when they come to know how much others are earning. To me it won't affect my participation here, though i may not be able to see the earnings of others , i will be active here.

I don't think competition is good..i mean it could make us inspire to do good but then it's better if we compete witb ourselves and not with others.
