School and colleges times are well known to the parents of the children. As well as parents knows that children who are going to school and colleges will be at their places till the timings of the institution. Also if any thing happens the institution management will in further intimates to the parents. As far as this concern there is no requirement of mobile phones for the children But in this fast growing society both parents having their own job profiles and suddenly they plan that they should move out for something also they have a plan to pick up thier child and etc., luxurious life style requires the mobile Coming to the management of the schools they should not allow the mobile phones in the schools and at the same time they should avoid to be used in the class rooms.. Also allowing of mobile phones will brings the non-uniformity among the students some are able to buy and some or not some have the requirement but some or not ..... what ever be the reason for the sake of publicity and to show up the luxury all wants to need it so somany problems will arise

My answer is strict No. Students come to school/college for study. There they meet all their friends and teachers no need to call them in mobiles where they can personally meet. Students can use mobiles out of school /college campus to communicate each other, but not in the campus during the study hours. If an urgent communication is necessary with the student there are phones, fax in school, one can ring on those and communicate with them. Mobile disturbs the ongoing classes and the concentration of mind is broken.
