I want to know about this site- Is anyone working with them?

I have seen many ads in the clssifieds, about this site and also visited it,but I did'nt understand that whether this site is free to join or we have to pay for membership. I also want to know that whether they offer real typing job or justincreasing members like most of the sites. Does anyone know anything about this site or working with them?
