Have you ever "misdressed"?

I think that has happened to all of us at least once. You just hold your head up high and go on with what you are doing. They are probably looking at you and wishing they had dressed up more.

Oh yes that has happened to me. About a year ago, I got around to being very socially active. I always went to parties and stuff like that. Well, the first party at this club that I attended went very very well. A lot of people complimented me on what I was wearing and told me that I looked great. I even met a lot of people that night. So when I got this invitation to another party, I immediately thought of what I was going to wear. Needless to say, I spent hours just deciding what to wear. I even bought new shoes for the occasion. So I was there in the party and nobody was saying anything to me about what I was wearing. I started to get a bit nervous, so I went to the ladies room, and as I stared at this full-length mirror, I realized that I had, very much, overdressed. I was so embarrassed that I just wanted to go home! Afterwards, I always made it a point to ask a trusted friend about what I'm going to wear before going anywhere important.

Yeah, it was actually at a friend's after wedding party, i spent the whole evening battling which clothes to put on, tried several clothes and finally settled for a particular short gown, later went for the party & gosh!! almost all the ladies spotted a top & a jean, i felt so embarrased, i just looked out of place.
