Which is important financial needs or nurturing needs?

I have two kids now and my first child is about to become teen next year while my second child is only three years old. My husband is working overseas even before we only have one child. I can say that the money his giving was good enough for all our basic needs and savings. However,when i delivered our second child, we found out that she's not healthy physically and mentally. We were always in the hospital for treatment and therapy. Aside from the benefit that my baby is responding very well to the treatment... everything was so emotionally draining. My husbands earnings and mine too when i was still in my country can't support the very expensive medication. I have to asked loans from any available sources just to sustain the medication. I have no choice left but to work abroad to help my husband support our kids. My worry is..."yes i could provide for their financial needs but how about their nurturing needs?" I know that every growing kids needs a mother's touch to help them become a better person. What will i do? i need an advice.
