I believe that U2's best songs are:

U2 have really ALOT of very very good songs. I can't chose just some favourites because then I'd have to list at least 10 of them XD. Now here's the first that come to my mind (there are alot more!): with or without you, still haven't found what i'm looking for, where the street's have no name, elevation,.. etc etc. It's a long list : How come noone wrote with or without you? Coz it's really awesome!

It's a good song, Sunday Bloody Sunday, and as you rightly say it is a fair criticism of an event in British & Irish history, but I think my favourite all time U2 song is Running to Stand Still, or perhaps even Angel of Harlem. Especially when they are played live, these songs rock even more than most!

I think One is one of the best U2 songs, the melody is beautiful and the lyrics are so perfect. What I like the most in this song is the different ways of interpretation it has depending the time you hear it.

The best of U2 for me are the "I Still haven't found what I'm looking for" and "With or Without" because those have the letter and melody that more they play me. It is as hearing without the feet in the ground. U2 definitively is the best band of all the times.

U2 is an amazing band, to last more than 2 decades. For one almost every songs are good, specially "Sunday bloody Sunday, Elevation, etc. The Joshua Tree Album, War, Rattle & HUm, Achtung Baby, except the albums pop & zooropa.

I have always thought "Where the Streets Have No Name" is one of their best songs. I'm not sure if it's the song or the guerrilla video they shot for it on the NYC building roof. Either way I love jamming out to that song.

Well, most of their songs are awesome!! I just can't name a few to be the best. Each album has a lot of good songs. I think they are the best band. With Inxs as a close second. Any comments?
