criminal people change to a good people..........

hello all...why some people look bad to other people....i mean,if you got in jail for long time and when you finally get free..and you want to find a job to make a new life, some people don't accept you because of your bad record...and some people make fear to you for what they have know of you..and other's mostly some family don't accept them...what do you think?is there a chance to a one criminal to make a new life..??
