10:30 in the morning. Ever have one of those that just plain suck? I started my day by getting up at 4:30am. Husband had to leave for a business trip at 5:30am. Since then I have stubbed my toe, broke a piece off one of my molars, and had the police knocking on my door. My mom called them to check on me,because our phone was shut off because we have zero money to pay the bill. How embarrassing to have a cop tell you your mom called them. I know she is just worried about me we usually talk every day. Anyone else ever have these kind of days? What do you do to chase away the blues?

I feel for you too. Lastnight i went to bed almost 1:00am, i am so tired with work. My 1 month old baby cried and cried until he got to sleep again, we have to wake up at 3 again coz he asked for milk, then again by 6:00 am and by 7 i have to give him bath and feed my daughter again before going to work at 8:30am...i did not have breakfast and i almost fell down the road because of my shoes..good thing i was not late coming to work. It is a good thing to know that my mother is there to take care of my babies at least. By the way i also hate Mondays.

Sorry you are having a tough day. Hopefully you have gotten it all out of your system so that the rest of the day will get better.
Normally when I am having a bad day I will try to go back to bed or soak in the bathtub for a while. I like to just relax to see if I can get away from the whole situation.

Hugs hun. It's usually days like this that make me want to crawl back into my bed and hibernate until the summer. I have not had the best of days myself today and I found that the only way I could get myself out of the miseries was by coming on here and chattering away.

I think everyone has had days like that. Sometimes, it feels like I should go back to bed, and try waking up on the other side of the day. I will listen to music to try to chase away the blues, or read the bible and pray.

I feel for you, hon. I haven't had a day like that for a long time. But, I used to. I'd either sit down and cry or read (before internet) a book or two. I hope it has gotten better since tis morning. Thinking of you...

Try putting on some music you like, preferably up beat music. If your indoors but if you can try going out with your friends or try renting a movie and watching it with a group of friends, it all depends on things you like to do and have the possibilities of doing!

I've definitely had days like those before. Seems like if something can go wrong it does. Even when it seems like something is about to go right, it goes wrong. I'm really sorry to hear about your recent crappy day. I hope it was short lived. I usually try to take a nice hot bubble bath or a hot shower if I don't have the time for the bubble bath. I'll make some coffee or tea and break out a book. I'll also light a candle nearby, preferably something with a soothing scent. It's not much but it usually helps to get get things kick started.
