im confused

Okay so me and this girl have been really flirty for the past year and ive told her a few times that i have feelings for her and her response is always that she doesnt want a boyfriend, but a few weeks ago she decided to give me a chance and we were "talking" for about a week and then for a few days she ignored me and i asked her why...she didnt really explain and then we were fine again, a few days later she told me that shes not ready for a relationship but she really likes me and so we just kept doin the "talking" thing, holdin hands, talkin on the phone, makin out and so on. but were not dating, i dont wanna be just talking and im ready for a girlfriend but i have to strong of feelings for her to just give her up....what should i do? should i date around to see what happens? or just keep doin what im doin?
