Who is more capable of betraying a friend: Men or Women ?

Following a quote from my previos discussion, Ive heard many times "The worse thing that can happen to a woman, is befriend another one of her own kind" How true is this ? Who is more likely to ruin a friendship Men or Women ? And if so what works best female friends , male friends or mixed

Hi there,
Both sexes are so capable of betrayal. But I must say and forgive me for saying that women have have the more capability of ruining ANYTHING. It's in their nature, gossip jealousy, hatred, who knows. And they hit hard.

i think we (women) can be less trustworthy because of the gossip and jealosy.. but men can be so just because they tend to cheat more often.. is a bit complicated and somewhat contradictory.. but is in everyones nature to get or try to get their way at some point without thinking of the consequences

It's very brave of you to admit. I also admit that men can be very jealous and rage like bulls when the motivation is "good" enough. Although men are not in to that much of gossip as women are. I do find men who are in to gossip are mindless air heads. Men CAN cheat and screw up everything too. It's hard to find a man that does not cheat.
think of it as a shakespearean drama.

well betrayal should not be viewed on the basis of male or female division but rather on the personality of each individual. Both female and male can betray anyone but like i said it's always a function of the persons personality
