Hello...I do exercise on a regular basis...I do play badminton...along with that I do walk...and I think its quite useful to me as I had reduced my weight for 3kgs...as I have just started this so I think losing 3kgs in a short period is not a bad thing....

Hey, thats awesome. I also like to play badmitton when i have someone to play with me. I guess there is no need for me to try to exercise after all b/c I am going to gain weight over the next couple of months, since I am now 7 weeks pregnant!

I do some exercises but not on regular basis. But I work regularly and sometimes that's the form of exercise I do. I have hypertension and so I control my actions.

I try to exercise regularly, and I tend to walk and cycle the most but I also have weights and a rowing machine at home that I use occasionally. I tend to find that I have bursts of desire to become fit so I will exercise lots for a few weeks and then give up for a while, I should try and become more consistent but odten time does not allow that.

See, I had started Tae-Bo by Billy Blanks, and did it for about a week and a half and just stopped. I cant get myself to do it again. A few friends and I are meeting on Mondays and Thursdays to start walking the 3-mile track here on post. I can notice that I still have my "pooch" from being pregnant, and cannot seem to get it to go away. My hubby tells me to do a lot of sit-ups, but I just dont do it. Know of any ways to make exercising fun?

I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.
I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers.

I would love to learn to play tennis. It looks like good exercise.

I walk every day, lift weights three times a week and rollerskate once a week.
