Need More Energy

It seems like I have no energy to do things that have to be done here at home. I am a SAHM and wife and there should be no excuse why my house doesnt stay spotless. I never have energy to do anything. Any suggestions?

The reason you have no energy is because you are a mom who is putting too high of expectaions on yourself. Have you ever heard this saying, "Cleaning the house while the kids are still growing is like shoveling the snow while it is still snowing"? Your house shouldn't be spotless every day. As a sahm, you probably spend your day tending to your children. It is a very exhausting job. Give yourself the credit deserved.

Well, my little girl is 3, and she pretty much keeps herself occupied. I have plenty of time to clean, its just I dont feel like it, I try coffee, but too much of that hurts my stomach and I will spend have my time in the bathroom (TMI?). My hubby told me if I started exercising it would help a lot, but I dont even want to do that. Argh!
