I thought they were not paying anyone outside of the United States, Canada and another country. Have they stopped paying altogether to all countries? If so I will not go that site anymore either. I haven't reached the $10 pay out yet but I was going to keep posting until I do and see if they pay.

They are no longer paying anyone, no matter which country you reside in. They are upgrading the site, but after the upgrades are done all you will be doing is going there to find a way to fill your time or wasting you time however you want to view it. It will be like a regular discussion forum.

I found Dormcheck to be a waste of time really. Spent maybe a whole day there once and wasn't to thrilled with it. I think that site was only created to give an ego boost to the creator and maybe some of the moderators. Sure some were friendly, but they were really delete happy there, and I also heard a lot of complaints about the payout system. 2 weeks wait period, or sign up for some phoney site to get payment sooner what was up with that? No I don't think so. I never stayed there long enough to reach payout, but heard the rumors. I kind of figured Dormcheck wouldn't last long as a paying site.

It really doesn't take that long to decide whether a person gets paid or not. Really I think they just had that there, so they could have the extra time to go through and delete all your hard work, and than turn around and say guess what we found that you didn't post quality enough posts to receive a payout..haha, But than again it still wouldn't take that long to really do that either. *shrugs* in any case Mylot is where I am, and where I will stay. Cause I know Mylot to be a reputable site.

You know it's amazing the number of similar sites that have popped up following the success of Mylot and how all of them seem to have fallen by the wayside while Mylot continues to grow and, more importantly, pay. I was a dormcheck for a while but didn't really care for the layout and found it a pain to navigate. I'm glad I didn't devote a lot of time and effort there.
